We didn’t like anything.

Pictures of the hotel online did not look like the room we were in. Extremely outdated and bad odour when entering. Bed sheets were dirty and we had bugs in our bed sheets. Furthermore, the shower didn’t work - it just about trickled which staff didn’t seem concerned about. Towels were stained, resulting in us needing to use our own. When going to sleep 4 cockroaches found on and around the bed- staff weren’t interested or accommodating causing us to leave the hotel for a new one in the middle of the night.

Nice folks except that one guy yelling at me for moving around furniture bc the outlets went out in my room, thanks for making me feel unsafe Indian man yelling for no reason, you win. Everyone else is cool

Terrible and gross

The hotel was dirty. There was no soap, shampoo, or toilet paper. They left a wet, dirty towel as a rug in the bathroom. We knew it was an old towel because it smelled and was soaking wet. The bedsheets had a few stains, and the pillows were disgusting. When we looked under the pillowcase, the pillow was dirty, brown, and stained. I don't even know how old those pillows are. Looked like they haven't been changed for years. We couldn't sleep and didn't want to stay, but after a long day of flying and not getting to the hotel until 2 am, we didn't have much choice. The hotel does not look like the pictures. We had to use our own clothes to lay over the pillow and bed to sleep on. We stayed for one night from December 18-19 at the OYO hotel. We left a black jacket and a black vest in our room. The black jacket I just bought last week for this trip. After we checked out, later in the day, we remembered we forgot our items at the hotel so we went back to ask about the stuff we left, and they said housekeeping is already gone. How come housekeeping did not turn our stuff in to the front desk after cleaning the room and see if we will come back for it? I think that is terrible.

The room was quite large

The hotel room was absolutely filthy. I had to ask for a kettle. Absolutely no toiletries at all. It was disgusting and there is a nightclub right below the room so all night you hear loud music

The pool area was amazing. The staff were friendly. In a prime location for beaches and markets.

The rooms are nothing like the photos. The rooms are disgusting. Based on the photos we booked this hotel for two weeks. We left the next morning. They didn't even consider refunding the remaining of the days. The area is not a family friendly and you hear loud music till 4 am. The staff are very unprofessional. Do yourself a favour don't ruin your holiday in this hotel.

Quiet hotel

Bathrooms are disgusting! Linens and pillow slips were way too dirty. Got a stain on my sheet in the middle. No coffee machine as mentioned in the features on booking.com. Talked to the staff members they said that they never upload these things on booking.com! Really bad experience there. Smelly rooms, AC making weird sounds, not matching with the pictures shown in booking.com site

Nothing apart from its in the Main Street of Kuta.

The room stunk badly, there were many mosquitoes in the room, the bath and toilet were dirty, the toilet bidet hose was leaking water.

There is not one thing I could compliment about the property.

It looked like an abandoned building with dirty walls, ripped and blood stained bedsheets, stinking toilets, broken shower, broken curtains. Complained about the state of our bed in our “Deluxe” room and we were given keys to another - it had the exact same problem - blood stained bed sheets. Absolutely disgusting. Photos do not do justice of how bad the room was.

I like the staff. They were very approachable and helpful. The location is also great! Near the airport and the beaches.

The price. That's it. The reception lady was nice.

Property good could do with some things fixed up , bit of renovation work, but still a beautiful place

The bathroom never cleaned in years.When you turn off the light it turns on every half a minute for 1 sec( I had to sleep with the light on because it was anoying)U have the disco close so you can hear the bass like if it is inside the room until they finish. Couldnt rest and be confortable in that room

Location is good of you wanna stay in a busy area full of options.

The hotel itself looks kind of abandoned. Parts of the ceiling and walls are falling off. The place itself is super dirty, I think no one cleans it. The room was disgusting, so much dust everywhere , dirty and stained linen and towels. Turned on the tap for the bathtub and the water became black. I do not care about the extreme noise til 3am, having a tv, WiFi, etc. But at least clean the room before the next guest, just basic....

It’s closed from clubs,pubs, market and resturants

It’s just beside the road. So it was super noisy till 4 am in the morning. Also there was no toiletries, no water bottle in the room. Washroom was not clean. Later when I asked, one of the stuff gave me a toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel. There was not even a liquid hand wash or soap in the washroom.
